Troubleshooting
This service is the most important in defining what the problem is and how to solve it. In most cases it doesn't take a lot of time to define the problem, it is determining and resolving the solution that does. We Troubleshoot any computing problems related to software or hardware. This service also includes working with vendors to troubleshoot hardware problems and to get replacements when under warranty.Software Installation
Any software title that has been legally purchased Hidden Hills Tech can install if necessary. This service will include advice on what software to purchase or install as well. We will help define if a software title meets the minimum hardware requirements and will recommend possible upgrades to fully utilize certain software titles.Hardware Upgrades
Computers require your hardware to be upgraded from time to time to save money from purchasing a new system. Types of hardware upgrades include but not limited to memory, hard drives, and video cards. Parts will be ordered and payment will be expected at time of service.Reformat and Reinstall
If you need your Operating System reloaded Hidden Hills Tech can do this only if you have a legit copy for the Operating System. This service will only cover reloading the Operating System, ensure device drivers are loaded correctly, and do any critical Microsoft Updates. If Microsoft Office CD is provided with license we can install that as well which would be included within the terms of this service.Backup
This service only includes backing up customer's data to either a provided External Hard Drive, Flash Drive, or CD/DVD. If doing a reload, data will be loaded back on after re-install of the operating system. No discounts included for combining Reformat and Reinstall with Backup services.Data Recovery
If your hard drive is operational and is not a mechanical failure Hidden Hills Tech may be able to recover your data. The service cannot guarantee to recover all or any of your data. That is why it is important to always have important data backed up to multiple sources.Network Setup
After consultation we can run CAT 5e or 6 cable as necessary, terminate ends, install wall jacks, router, switches, rack assembly, and wireless configurations. There is a 90 day guarantee on this service. Customer will be responsible for all materials used. An estimate will be provided after consultation to let the customer know of the estimated invoice.Door Fee
For hourly rated service that takes less than 30 minutes to complete there is a minimal amount charged. This is to ensure travel costs to Hidden Hills Tech are covered.Warranties
Anything purchased through us remains covered under the manufacturer's original warranty. We will help you contact the manufacturer to replace the part(s) at no cost for as long as the manufacturer's warranty is still valid. Please maintain any receipts that Hidden Hills Tech provides to you so replacement parts can be processed quickly.Payment
Payment is expected at time of service. Payment methods include Cash or Check only. There is a $30 dollar fee for any checks that bounce. All invoices are final and subject to local sales tax.Please contact us with any further questions.
